So car was repo i am going back to get things out of car and i doubt they will let me flash my stock tune back in was wondering if I just have a paper weight now? Need help

Have a 03 PT GT with autostick want to pick up the predator, I have done new intake and better exhaust can I run this with the above mods with no problems?
