RE: Camaro OS Update - Trinity Update 1r06g
Sorry for starting another thread, but thought it needed a bit more attention since a lot of folks are asking the question about the OS update and I don't want to spread any mis-information when asked.
guess it doesn't matter which OS my car is on... the Trinity will recognize and load to the ...

Camaro OS Update - Trinity Update 1r06g
I installed this "g" update on my new Trinity, but not sure if I should load the tune until I find out if it's meant for the Old Camaro OS (pre Nov) or for the latest Camaro OS.
I can go to the dealer and get ECM flashed if needed but would rather not.
Thanks,
Mike

Re: RE: Re: RE: Camaro_Trinity Update
was the trinity working ok for your camaro before?? had full functionality, adjustability?? if so, then you didn't need to update...
and now, you can't go backwards to a previous revision update either.... cuz it will detect that you're trying to downgrade to a previous/older revision, and won't ...

Re: RE: Camaro_Trinity Update
aaah... ok, so you were able to SELECT your camaro car when selecting the vehicle...
but that list at the end that shows "this tool supports the following vehicles... etc etc etc" and gives you the listing... yeah, it doesn't show my monte carlo ss either...
but who cares...
go to the info page ...

RE: Camaro_Trinity Update
I have never loaded any tunes to the car yet... Still on the computer.
Update to G works fine... I re-select car in the steps I showed above... when I get to the end the scroll bar for supported cars only goes to the first 2 corvetts and part of the 3rd. Doesn't have or display the entire list of ...

Thanks for the reply. I have my Trinity married to a Camaro and want to use it on a Corvette w/ the same engine to clear codes. Can I do this?

Re: RE: Re: Trinity touchscreen not working
Warranty is one year... I'm guessing you could have just done a simple swap under 30 days.mdittrich wrote:It has been 2 months. Does this mean Diablo will replace it? I guess I should have read the warranty before I bought it. The info on the warranty is at home but I would hope it is longer than 2 months.

Trinity TouchScreen problem
Just received my Trinity and while connected to my PC the touchscreen does not work. Is it supposed to be button only on the PC.
Forgive me, but I haven't made it to the car yet... maybe thats where the touchscreen kicks in.
