I ran into a problem. After following the steps in the video, I connected the trinity to the jeep to download the "Original Factory Tune". It gave me a message saying I need to update my Calid, so I did. Now, when I try to load the custom tune onto the trinity is says “The Custom Tune file Calid ...

They couldn't fix the problem so they sent me a brand new predator in the box.
Now, I am waiting on Monte to get me fixed up with a tune.

On a side note I ordered a trinity for my jeep, it should be here today.

I currently have a DiabloSport Predator on my 09 Jeep Srt8 with a custom tune. I would like to upgrade to the DiabloSport Trinity. Could I simply restore my original backup to my truck using the Predator, then connect the trinity to my pc and load the same custom tune to the Trinity and then ...

Sorry for the delay, my technicians have your Predator and are trying to get it tested on a vehicle computer. I believe they are having some trouble with the PCM we have over there for testing. I will keep you posted on the status of this RMA and you will be ...

Update... I had to send it in for service, possibly bad memory chip. They received it 1-18-10. 30day timer begins...

It looks like I am having same problem as everyone else. I had 9r17 I when I started. Tried to update to 9r21 but 9r21 fails at about 80% (packet 7784, i think) of its update... Gave message, "Unable to store crom image" on the screen with a continue button.

So I went back to 9r12, it worked ...
