No, you cant load trinity files to an intune, post the backup from the intune and the custom tune and I will redo it for you.

I wouldn't do that. The trinity does come with USB cord so just use that. Don't go through the 30 pin. We don't know what configuration they have each pin set to and it could be different then the Ipod. Just because its the same plug doesn't mean all teh wires to each connection are the same.
