i tried calling again, still got put on hold for long periods, ive never been able to get anyone on the phone when i call

can i get an update on status on the programmer i sent back, its been nearly a month, it was sent on April 13th

Mike, i sent my programmer back for the hardware upgrade as you suggested, RMA # 10691
i got it back this past Friday, i hooked it up to my LLY truck as the programmer says VEHICLE NOT SUPPORTED

what do i need to do now? do i need to upload something from online? or was this supposed to be done ...

i currently have an LB7 predator and i have bought a LLY truck recently, can i send this unit back and have it switched or do i have to buy a whole programmer again?

i needs to be sent back for the update any ways so i can do updates online, its an older model, ive had it for about 3 years bought ...
