RE: HELP...think i need DSdownloader 1.7.4.0
I had the exact same problem. Had to use the old DSDL to load the crom file, then I could connect using the new versions.

RE: DS Downloader Question - U7146
Never mind...when I looked on the 16th when originally posting the downloader question the new crom file was not there, it is now though.
Thanks!
Thanks!

RE: DS Downloader Question - U7146
Hmmm. Tried that with the DSDL but didn't work. Just would not connect. Managed to find the old DSDL for the 7146 though so I did manage to get the tune installed. BTW, when will the 9r release be available for download?

DS Downloader Question - U7146
U7146 with 7r50d, apparently still latest version. Downloaded the DS Downloader software from the U7146 download page (1.9.9.0) which, being posted on this page should be for this tuner. However, I cannot get this to connect to my tool. Same goes for the new data viewer, 3.1.7.2, it is on the U7146 ...

I believe it is displaying degrees, not percent. So if you set it to +5 that would mean you advanced the timing by 5°, not 5%.

I'll believe it when I see it. You've been promising this update for over a year now always saying it is almost done. As far as I'm concerned this item was sold on false advertising as it doesn't do half the things advertised. I'm getting really fed up with these promises that never materialize ...

RE: Low end power
Since there is no restriction in breathing at low RPMs your mods, other than the gears, do little for you at low RPMs. They should all give you a significant increase at high RPMs though. With 3.73s I'm VERY surprised that you can't "squak" the tires from the gate though so there is definitely ...

RE: U7146
I'd like to know the same. Mike, you guys keep saying it will be out shortly, you've been saying that for well over 7 months now since I bought mine. With all the functions that do not work but were advertised, your encroaching on false advertising in my mind...Come on guys, do you have one part ...

I sure did. With just the performance tune and original AI the LONGFTs were @ -3% to 2% at idle and around -5% to -2% @ 55 MPH. I know there is more hype than actual gains to CAI alone, however I am planning additional mods in the future that should benefit from increased breathing that I'm not so ...

Long Term Fuel Trim Adjustments
Ok, so I installed a BBK CAI on my '03 Mustang GT and the Diablo performance tune, no other mods.
At idle, LONGFT1 & 2 is in the -12% to -14% range and, unless I have this totally backwards, that means that the PCM is adjusting for a rich condition. At speed it leans out and LONGFTs are in the -3 ...

Real Time Streaming
In my U7146 there is no "Real Time Streaming" option in the diagnostics menu and real time streaming to a laptop does not work. I can upload logs to my PC and laptop but no real time streaming. Is this something that is missing in the U7146?

U7146 - Number of samples/second
Hi, could you please tell me how many samples/second the U7146 is logging in both slow and fast modes. I've looked all over your website trying to find the answer to no avail. Thanks.
