R84 is kinda hard to judge in comparison to the r20 tunes. If you had any of these revisions from r10,r14,r17 are a good comparison. R84 was a TOTALLY different in the way it programed the vehicle.

I would concur about the seeming lack of care from this manufacturer. I have been waiting since last April with zero satisfaction from the product I purchased. I dont want miracles either, I just want what I bought to work properly. That seems to be a novel concept here at this company!!!
