RE: 2003 Cummins 2500 5.9 Trinity won
Sorry about my comment yesterday I was frustrated, I suspect that it being Monday morning everyone was calling in from the weekend just like me.

I tried to call yesterday, I was on hold for 22 minutes. I finally gave up, looks like I'll be sticking with the Smarty for the truck I leave in the morning. Thanks, not.

2003 Cummins 2500 5.9 Trinity won't link up.
I have a Trinity that I bought for my Magnum, and I'm taking a trip with the truck and decided to try it out. I reprogrammed stock file into the Magnum and changed the vehicle type to the truck on the Trinity and hooked it up. I now have an error message that says "Unable to read vehicle type (1 ...

RE: Re: U7135 Inc. Update
1r07a, I believe the incremental update took but I am not sure, it does not show the (a) on the info page of the Trinity.
I was about to reload the newest crom all together and reapply the update and see if that helped.

Re: RE: Re: RE: Trinity freeze
It didn't work for me. DS said the update was for added for added calibration support. They are still working on the freezing issue. It's interesting that it worked for you.Ciyoung wrote:u7135/trinity_u7135-1r07a_update.crom

U7135 Inc. Update
I noticed there was a new incremental update for the u7135 put up on Thursday. I downloaded it and installed it on my Trinity, but there seems to be no change. I can't tell what it did. Everything still seems to be making the Trinity freeze in the transmission section.

I'd be willing to bet that your fix is going to come out in the new crom (1r08)that was talked about in the forum "Trinity Freeze". We had probs. adjusting tranny perimeters. Any day now they should be comming out with it.
