I noticed when placing a tune in my dodge ram 4.7 that there is only 87 and 91 tune. Is 89 tune the 87 tune with midgrade gas added?

What is the address for testing facility? Also I do have a k&n airfilter on my truck just to let u know. Hope that doent hurt for testing.
