My Friend just buy a new Predator to his car ( Mustang 2004 )

after install the 91 octane tune , the car running great to 5 minute
after that the info screen appear over heat and the car turn off

never start again

then we just hook the predator again and restore original backup

i think serious to remove the VOLANT CAI

back to the stock Air Intake

I checked the instructions before too... yours doesn't have it...

it must have that new "power core" filter... the one that looks like a bunch of plastic straws stuck together lol...

have seen others with that new power core filter have the similar issue like you... but ...

the volant's usually come with a new MAF sensor rubber o-ring...

I know they did for 08 and 09 GMC Sierra's - cuz I know a few people that have 'em...

maybe it doesn't for yours... the instructions don't say anything about it?

got everything installed correctly when you put that volant cai in??? all hoses reconnected??

the MAF sensor is in correctly?? facing the right direction?? using their new washer they give ya for it?? and only their washer, don't use both...

every hose is connect right

My Log is attached

the MAF sensor on correct direction and i check the leak on Air Intake Tube i found a gap in between MAF and tube and i seal it .

i use the MagnaFlow CATBACK :

The Second Data Log i do after Fix the MAF sensor position on CAI tube

you logged too many parameters, and logged the wrong throttle position parameter... plus, most of your log, your rpms were low... you need to be at least at 1800 rpm....

these are the parameters you want to log:

Air Fuel Ratio (Equivalence Ratio) = Under FUEL menu

Long Term fuel trim bank 1 ...
