As well as update agent will not detect the device.

I got it to work, but now the tuner is not popping up as a storage device so I cant get access to any of the files on the T2 device.

I've tried to get multiple computers to detect the tuner and none will. Update Agent sits at the screen that says, "Please plug your device into your PC to check for updates." Is there a simple fix for this that I am missing?
