Just an update. I have put on over 200 miles of city type driving in the last few weeks since MikeL sent the me the custom tune. I have tried my best to make it happen, but no way. I feel confident ...

I figured Challenger Talk was a better way to get a focused group of 6 speed owners than here, but hey, they beat me up over there too, so I just cant win.

Don't expect any help from DS. At least not until they think it's a priority. That's the only conclusion I can come to, since they don't respond here. It's very frustrating.

I haven't heard smack yet from anyone. What's the VIN update you received? My VIN ends in 439. Maybe they sent you my VIN update since we both sent them our files?

Mike, what is the timeline you have for the next update? I think it fair since we invested in the Predator, we get an understanding to the wait time. This skip shift is getting annoying.

Did Mike give you a answer as to when "soon" would be?

Here is a perfect example of how a manufacturer will change things up. The following are the PN's for the 2010 automatic trans Challengers as listed this afternoon in StarParts. Except the 5.7L number is now superceded into the 6spd PCM number.

6.1L auto = 5150310AD

5.7L auto = 68052005AC --- now ...

Let's see if I can explain this, and make sense at the same time.

The part number I gave, is the PN that Chrysler shows listed for the 2010 6.1, 5.7L 6spd. cars.

I also "hopefully" believe they (DS) will come to the plate. I was always taught to give the benefit of the doubt, so that's the direction I'm going to take.

Not the OBDII attached cable. I am referring to the cable used to attach the Predator to the PC for updates and downloads.

I will wait for the answer to why the SS doesn't work in our application.

At the moment, only four PCMs are available to order for the 2010 Challenger.
