I have a 2016 GMC sierra1500 5.3l V8. with a cat back flow master exhaust and AFE CAI. I tow a 30' 7000lb camper and used to use the 87 performance turn with 91/93 octane and adjusted the shit points. I got better MPG but still struggled a bit with hills and and would tac at about 4k on some hills ...
