If my main concern is transmission life, I should leave it enabled?

I have a 2010 escalade. I am currently using the p2 tuner to make a couple of changes using the stock w/options menu. I have disabled AFM/DOD. Added +50 RPM to idle and park. Turned on Diablo fan setting.

I have noticed the Upshift Torque setting is enabled. Is this a stock setting? Can someone ...
