Hi Mike,
Were you able to get any information from the tuners yet? I am in FL now and willing to work with you guys if you need a truck.
Thanks,
Chris

RE: Control torque converter locks and unlocks
Does anyone have any information on this? They make devices that connect to your PCM that allows you to control the torque converter settings, so I would think you could do this with the program.
Thanks,
Chris

RE: Control torque converter locks and unlocks
Hi Mike - I was wondering if you were able to talk to the tuners yet. I am going to start pulling again today for the next 3 weeks traveling from NJ to FL and would be a great time to use this feature.
Thanks,
Chris

RE: Control torque converter locks and unlocks
One more thing to note...For the automatic trans, when you apply the brake, the torque converter unlocks. I would also like for this to stop as well since I am using an exhaust brake.

Control torque converter locks and unlocks
I have a U7170 for a 2001 7.3 Ford F250. I would like to be able to control when the torque converter locks and unlocks based on my speed. Is this something the Predator and do and how would I go about doing it? I would mainly like to do this in the tow tune, but it would be nice to have this option ...

RE: 01 7.3 Powerstroke Fuel Economy
Ok..I towed with the Tow Tune this weekend and was only getting 6 MPG! Do you have any idea why that would be? I should be getting 12 or better, I think.
What is the fuel economy that you guys have seen in the past while towing a 10K lb 5th wheel at 65 - 70 MPH?

RE: 01 7.3 Powerstroke Fuel Economy
So your saying that the 100 tune will be better with fuel then the 85 tune? I would think the opposite, but I'll give it a try.
I will be towing this weekend my 35' 5th wheel and will use the tow tune for the first time. Will the fuel be better then using the stock tune? Will I feel a difference in ...

01 7.3 Powerstroke hunting for gears and studdering
I have an 01 7.3 with 4" exhaust, cold air intake, and the Diablo 1770 tuner. I have noticed that when I am rolling at about 25 mph and then stand on the throttle, the truck will hunt for gears and then take off.
Also, cruising at 40 - 70 the truck feels like its hesitating. All the gauges are ...

The probe is mount post-turbo read the drivers side header.
What do you consider a short period and how much EGT heat is too much?
