Dealer found trouble code showing steering angle sensor is malfunctioning (C2205 and C121A). Will be replaced later this week.

I'm wondering tho, is there any technical or legal reason why a predator can't show all codes?

My ESP/BAS light is since a few weeks always on, it comes off tho if I press ESP off button. The predator reports no trouble codes. My question is, is the predator capable of showing all trouble codes or are there codes only a dealer can see with their starscan-tool etc?
