There are a few thing I have run into with tuning my 16 Silverado so far. 1st is I bumped up the rev limiter and shift points equally 200 rpms. It's now hitting the rev limiter at WOT but shifts out afterwards. It still seems the limiter is still at 5800 or whatever stock is.. I will need to review ...

Well there was an issue when trying to do the calibration update. The application froze after i plugged the trinity in. I saw the calibration update button but DS downloader closed before it did anything. I tried it again and the calibration update button is no longer shown.

Mike, thanks for the update. The freezing issue is gone and I was able to save the original backup. But now it fails to tune. It tells me to turn key off, turn key on and then after thats completed it displays error unlock for reflash (-18).

Mike, I loaded the update and attempted to tune the Durango but after I hit agree on the disclaimer it freezes. Also got an out of memory message when selecting show information. I'll post a pic of that.

I have been able to tune my 13 Durango 3.6L prior to this issue. I have not done anything different or installed it in another vehicle during the time it was out of the Durango.

Since I cammed my truck with a Comp Cams 268 camshaft, I went with an HP Tuner custom tune.
Both engine and trans. were tuned
my trinity device is back in the box... :mrgreen:

So HP supports the 545rfe now? Do you know if they support the smaller 4.7L? My brother in law uses HP ...
