I have an 04 SRT4 in that I am trying to tune with a P2 Platinum. After initially plugging in, then running updates on the P2, I went to save the original tune. Briefly on the screen, it mentioned that the tune is not original stock, and was previously tuned. It then seemed to record whatever ...

Are you guys open to take a sales call? I tried calling a couple of times today, and sat on hold for very long periods of time, no one picked up in Diablo sales. Want to place one order, and inquire for another.

Would be really great to have a way for a DS device to speak serial (RS232), so that it would be able to interface to devices that can give accurate digital data, like Innovate Motorsports' product, and a plethora of others on the market. Could have some presets for common communications protocols ...

If you can't fix it right now, give us an option to go back to an earlier firmware that did not have this problem. I believe we know which version this issue popped up with, and which versions do not have the issue. Putting everyone off all the time is just putting people off the product.

Engineers seem to always be too busy to correct this issue, and it is just at big an issue for the SRT-4 guys. What is interesting is that this issue did not exist before the most recent updates on the SRT4.

This issue is back up on SRTForums. New people are adding their input. Frustration is mounting and I have lost Trinity sales to it, already.
