Well I did call the phone number and was told that there is really no need to update the device because it does not actually update the tunes just adds new vehicles. So there is no reason to update the tuner that will effect the tunes?

Using the Update Agent. I have deleted it and downloaded it again and still continue to have the same problem.

I have been trying to update my Intune for a few months now and every time I try it gets to installing the updates on the device and it gets maybe 1 or 2 of the 18 updates installed and then it just freezes. Any help with this issue?
