I don't recall how I recieved "9r23" version? I think it's a sales gimmick when it comes to the skip shift subject. I searched many areas in all the menu's and it's just not listed. the manual (Mopar') say's the solenoid prevents the shift for 1st to 2nd or 2nd to 3rd when certian criteria is met (rpm's, engine temp, and vehicle speed) it's odd ...
