To make it as simple as possible. What do I need to do, to just unlock the TCM?

I seam to have missed a step, I unlocked the ecu, but didn't unlock the pcm right after. Now it won't let me try to unlock the pcm, asking me to turn truck on, and now stuck on this screen. Any help would be great, Thanks.
