I noticed the same thing with my 2010 Hemi Charger Police Model....
Hemi 5.7 (u7135) - R/T Challenger 09
Both version "v.1r07" and "v.1r07a" for my Trinity fail to show the PID option of OIL TEMP in Cooling menu [or in any other menu].
My EVIC display shows this data so the car has the sensor ...
