We dont touch anything in the part throttle/cruise area of the tune that would affect mileage negatively.

All problems are fixed for now BUT my 09 Challenger RT is getting terrible gas milage. Example: before the 93 CAI tune 20 mpg in town NOW with the 93CAI tune 14.1mpg. Now that I have my head out of my a__ I can say that this whole time I have been reading the OIL temp . I pulled up the water temp on the EVIC and when the temp reached 185 it dropped to 183 so I know the fan is working. Car still feels sluggish though.

Will it take a few "cycles" for the car to learn the 93 CAI tune or should it respond immediately? I just got back from a drive and it felt a bit "sluggish"(especially from idle) and the temps got up to 204 then backed down to 199 and stayed there.

I changed the fan settings to:
Cooling Fans AC ...
