I know you guys have a tuner coming out soon for the new 6.4 powerstroke, what are you guys seeing for increase in mileage? This 12-13mpg is a fricken joke for a brand new truck. If I can't find a way to at least get 17-18mpg, this thing is getting traded back in.

Ok, I installed a couple custom tunes before, but now i'm getting an error

"Custom Tune write failed at offset. 0x40000, size 1024, count 1024, code 27."

I know the tunes are good, because one of them I had loaded previously with no problems....any ideas?

I know this question was asked before and there was never an answer to solve it. I try to open up a log file and gives the error about unsupported activity and locks it up. So far this diablo has been nothing but trouble in the software department. Could never get my ori file from it, can't look at ...

That was the problem, I couldn't get the programmer to let me take the ori file of my car off it and put it on my pc.....If the programmer won't quit erroring, I can't get the ori file, that is why he sent me one.

Yes, and yes. I ended up having my tuner send me an ori file to all to the folder to get it to allow me to upload the tunes. I also have the same problem of the viewer not working like in another post.

Ok, received a programmer and I am trying to get my factory program onto my laptop, so I can load my whipple tunes, but it keeps erroring. It acts like it starts to download or does partial dl, but then stops and says failed....I have a show tomorrow and can't go if I don't get this thing a tune ...
