Recently got a used Diablo i3 it’s married to a car so i need to get a license for it but when i go online it won’t let me by a license from the store or keep asking about serial number or something

And do i need to register my Diablo i3 if so how do i do that bc online it takes me to a error menu

I have a rwd 2007 charger rt 5.7L i just added my longtube headers and catless midpipes and had to unplug my egr i was wondering would i need a costume tune in order to run with these mods and also to turn off mds

The i3 tuner i purchased is also married so Ik I’ll have to buy a license in order to add my car an be able to tune it with e scanner
