I select to turn it off and when I go back to look at it it’s back to on. I can’t get it to stay off

I have a 2007 Dodge charger 5.7 hemi. I recently set my car back to stock since I wanted to refresh a few things. I originally ran the CAI intake tune with parameter modifications (namely the MDs delete)
I went to put the CAI tune back on and now it won’t let me turn the MDS off.
Anyone solutions ...
