well support fixed my issue, had to delete most of the files on the drive and it updated. thanks to you all

T2 giving me issues, I called support and went through some updates. I have the 9300 and wanted it updated to the custom tuning sku (platinum) . that was supposed to happen and says updating on the screen when plugged into the pc.
