Been a week now, nothing. I’ll reach out to Advance Auto for a refund for a defective unit. Spend that refund elsewhere with a different tuner.

I have been through the same issues with my Intune I3 Platinum. Was very frustrating. Screen locks, when it does advance it goes to an incorrect screen, cannot back out (other than abrupt removal and then plug it back in and try again). Chunk of money spent for these kind of issues. Emailed support ...
