Re: Engine braking EDIT: Added a different issue!
Well, not the post I want to make. It started shifting from 3rd to 4th at 4k rpms regardless of the amount of throttle given. If you were in 1st and went past about 70% throttle it would go in limp mode. If you drove it gently it would still shift out fine. I took it to Apex Performance. They were ...

Re: Engine braking EDIT: Added a different issue!
Unfortunately PredatorX doe snot support custom tuning today.
We'd need to get you into an i3 or T2.
But honestly, 99% of people do not run into this, so I am not sure why its a regular occurrence for you unless the tires are just useless.
A pair of Nitto 555RIIs will make it feel like you picked ...

Re: Engine braking EDIT: Added a different issue!
I wished I would kept my i3, I sold my Daytona and accidentally left it in the glove box, lol. It’s breaking traction like crazy. My wife would kill me if I already try to sneak another set of tires on already, lol.

Re: Engine braking EDIT: Added a different issue!
It doesn’t do it every time. It’s all dependent upon of I can catch some kind of traction. Which with these Continentals, they are just not performing as well for me as they are for everyone else. What could I do to get a custom tune with you guys since I have the PredatorX?

Re: Engine braking EDIT: Added a different issue!
I loaded the tcm tune back up and it instantly ran up to 7k catching no traction on a wot run and went into limp mode and then shifted out fine after dropping the rpms some. I am no longer in the beta test but I have noticed there have been several patches in testing, the notifications still come to ...

Re: Engine braking
Mike, I may have other issues going on as well other than engine braking. It has done this a couple of times. Under heavy acceleration the 2017 Challenger Scat, catches no traction at all revs to about 7k rpms and does not shift out of first or it’s going in to neutral (limp mode?) until revs fall ...

Engine braking EDIT: Added a different issue!
I love the Predator X and look forward to what’s to come with it. One thing I miss is the aggressive engine braking I had when all stock. I went back to the stock trans tune and actually like the shifts better with it. But still no engine braking, well like it used to be anyway. If there is ever an ...

Any purpose for Sport Mode?
I have the both engine and trans tune for my Challenger 392 Scat Shaker. Is there any reason to run in Sport Mode if I have both tunes loaded? Thanks!

I did some beta testing….
I did some beta testing with y’all on the PredatorX, I am no longer involved. I noticed the rpms are set at 6450, I believe that is set right at my rev limiter. Peak HP is also closer to around 5900 I believe. Is there a more recent version I should be running of engine tune and trans tune? I reset ...
