probably Trinity docking pins damaged;
I´ve had the same issues; sent it as RMA to DiabloSport,
now it´s working properly

just sent my Trinity from Germany to Florida

same problem here, two pins are damaged, no power-up in the car...
seems like that is a common problem for the trinity

it works with other than english versions as well....
after installing and receiving the error-message just go to your control panel and hardware-manager, then click on the"unknown device" which should be the trinity, then update the driver manually and point to the location of the installed driver ...
