The only way is to call tech support.

Then you need to mail your original backup to them and they will make a beta firmware for you (within days he said, but still waiting on that firmware).

So I guess I need to contact tech support?

Just bought a predator U7194 for my chevy Avalanche 2007. But im unable to tune anything.

When I first started the predator and selected performance tune, it made a original backup. I uploaded the backup to my pc.

Then I tried to do the tuning, but every time I select performance tune. I get 2 ...
