ropnjessi, you have to do a wastegate mod to get boost fooling, not the actual BF.
cameroneod, the puck doesn't do BF'ing. Get the BF & you will lower EGT's & get 42 lbs. of boost instead of about 28 lbs. HTH!!

I think it is $99 to have it changed to an '06. As far as I know it will NOT work the way it is unless it is a really late made '05.

Select stacker tunes(puck tunes), pick the one you want, then add pressure by turning the puck to the opposite of the notch(60 HP) or the side w/ the notch(90 HP) which adds different amount of pressure as well. The instructions that come w/ it say the opposite sides for 60 & 90 but they are wrong ...

Puff tunes add smoke & I want them, too! As far as I know, they don't have them for the 7131 but I wish they would. HP/TQ would depend on which program they added it to.

07cummins, they r talking about a different model than yours. On another note, your high idle does work on the predator you have.

These trucks don't have glowplugs. The problem ya'll R talking about was the preheater was not working after installing the Pred., but I think that has been worked out ? Or hasn't it???

Are you sure about that, mikel ? Everyone I know has the BF plugged into the motor then the Puck plugged into the BF.

I don't mean to sound stupid but what your saying is the 'stacker' tunes & the DS factory installed tunes are the same? The only difference is having the puck installed?

It's not the programmers fault, it's your tranny. Many,many of these 48RE trannies have a shuffle from 1st to 2nd &/or 2nd to 3rd.
