What do I need to do to update my tool hardware, and is there a cost for this? thanks

Mike, back in August 2010 I asked what Crom would best maximize both power and mpg for VXCF4HB. You sent 8r10 and I have been running it since. I was curious if this Crom is what you would still recommend, as there has been several updates since then. thanks

Mike, currently running 9r11, have updated several times. First version I used was 9r05. I know power has declined some and mpg has declined quite a bit. What Crom would best maximize both power and mpg for VXCF4HB, and could you send it to me? thanks
