I know it can be adjusted up but does anyone know what the default idle speed is when you just install the 91 tune?

The reason I ask is that my idle has dropped down to 500-525ish in drive several times.

Its not a bad option and only costs like $125.
I am thinking about one but I was also thinking that if I sold the Predator and took the money that the SSI-4 would cost I would only be off the cost ...

Any chance you already had a tune installed into your truck before you updated? I believe that you have to return to stock before you upgrade the CROM on the tuner but I could be wrong.

thanks for the info. I looked at all the TSB's but the only one that I ever saw apply to my truck was the door seals. Had them done less than 3 months after getting it.
Only other things I could plug the tuner into would be an 05 mustang or a 2010 f150.

Why would you want to go back to AF? If you have AF on it when you visit the dealer they are just going to flash it to the newest calibration which is AI, or AK or whatever is the newest at that time. AI is the same update you would get from the dealer.

I found another about the Trinity that has PCM codes listed in it. As it turns out mine is one that will need to be updated.

Sentry key, EVS II, and remote start are all mopar installed at the dealer before I picked up the truck.

1. Is there any way to know before hand which PCM's may need an upgrade or downgrade before installing? Certain model years, calibrations that may be listed on the pcm it self anything?

Finally found an old post with a different version of 9r09 in it and after install it I was about to install 9r13.

Problem solved.

I just got a U7137 and when I tried to update the Crom from 9r09 to 9r13 I get an error on screen saying that it can not downgrade.

I think I saw a message about someone having this same problem trying to update to 9r12.

I know that I do not need the 9r13 for my 05 Ram but I like to have things up ...
