Can someone post the 7R19C & D .crom so I can try them out? OR does a tech have to send them to me?

New here, I've had my predator for several years and never updated it. I'm running 7R19B .crom, I've read the newest version I can update to without sending it in is 7R19D. How does 7R19C&D compare?

I don't see them even being available to download WTH? only the newest 9R05. I read one ...
