Any estimates on gains with an InTune on my mustang with the following mods?

SLP Exhaust
Air CAI
Steeda Underdrive Pulleys
BBK Twin 62mm Throttle Body
Ford Racing Intake Manifold

What are some options on the InTune for my Mustang?

Everything seems to be working now
But i would not allow m to make any transmission changes to my car?
I assume that is not normal?
Or is it?

I unplugged it and plugged it back in, so now it says its up to date
I am going to try the car again now

It says now that the updater has decided to appear on my screen, Calibration update loaded into InTune...Please follow the instructions on the InTune screen..It has aid this for 10 minutes now but nothing has appeared on the screen?

There is no GET cdrom file
I already clicked on that the first time around and let it do its thing
I have updated the tool many times, I always leave it until its completed....
I am past the VIN error thing, I am back to square one o the car issue and the calibration thing
It says I still need this ...

The only thing that comes up is that damn registration that does not work....

I plugged it into the car again til it told me to hook it up to a computer for the calibration update, but as stated when I plug it into the computer now, nothing happens

firmware info is 1r01i if that helps

I somehow got by some of that above...But now it is back to stating I need a PCM calibration or whatever the original message was...But when I plug it into the computer the updater does not come up anymore...And it stated the last time it updated, jsut an hour or so ago that everything was up to ...

So I have been running my InTune in my 2010 Ram 1500 Hemi for months without issue, always updated fine etc

I also have a 2008 Chrysler 300 C

I figured I would try it in my car...So uninstalled from my truck...Everything fine...

Plug it into my car, I need a calibration update says the InTune, as ...

Both are my personal PC's
I have been using it in the truck and works fine
Its just nothing to do with the PC will work

Plugged it into my laptop (vista) and desktop (7)
InTune drivers will not install on either computer
And every time I try and register it says there is an error and I do not get a Pin or anything...
Bought this thinking it was going to be easier to update and use via computer but its not!
