i take it no ones had this problem

i unpluged my trinity to hook it up to the computer to do an update on on it and said that i had to put the truck back to factory when i went out to plug it in the truck it wont come on at all but it still comes on when hooked up to the computer ive tried all the basic fixes cords are all fine fuses ...

i cant use my keyless entry eaither i have to unplug it everytime i get out of the truck. hope they fix this

i just got my trinity installed today and noticed their was no 93 performance cai tunes on it do i have to dl these from the website or is their some other way of getting them. im new at this so any help is appreciated
