i cant install my predator cause of some sort of security setting my truck is sending..... the predator says is cant communicate with the ECM and the security light flashes in my truck.... How do I fix this.... need help ASAP!!

I have a higher boost rate (30psi), Big bore exhaust manifold, AEM brute force intake, and 4 to 5" straight pipe.... Do I need a custom tune?? Is there a way to where I can get about 50 more horses? thanks..
