well i’ll see how it goes, i still am trying to figure out for sure if the exhaust tone is changing, i’m gonna run the tune for a week or 2 then maybe go back to stock for a week and see if i can hear any difference, could just be the temperature difference or something like when it’s colder it’s ...

so is there a way to make this tuner have that capability to customize a "stock" tune ?

Unfortunately p2 doesn't offer this option in this manner.

just curious when you say in this manner, does that mean there can be maybe an update or something you can do so this tuner can customize a stock tune ...

bummer..i was trying an experiment, i was running the 87 tune for a couple weeks and was happy with the way it was running but it seemed like my exhaust tone changed, before installing my glasspack would get a nice crackle at mid throttle with a little load on the truck, that crackle seems like it ...

if i select stock it never asks to modify the tune, just loads it back to stock, with stock tune under quick options it only has something like tire size , none of those options i’m looking for like ...

i don’t remember seeing that one, i’ll have to check again thanks, can you give me a brief description how the economy one is different from stock? does it gain or reduce power in any way from stock parameters ?

guess i was jumping the gun when calling, seemed like the answering service doesnt actually turn off till quarter after or so, anyway they got it figured out, had to do an update and then wait a few days while they wrote some files for my vin, i dont fully understand but he said sometimes there is ...

installed the 87 tune, cant say i noticed any big difference, i got to drive it more and play around, i do like having the mds off at least...

not sure what’s up over there but just called sound 830am est and get the answering service saying after business hours, then tried extension 4 to leave a message for you and says not a valid extension, neither was trying to dial 04, by name directory brings up a different mike...hope we can work ...

just got the p2 and im getting ahead of myself since i still have the update thing going on, but im curious, i dont know which tunes will be available for me until i get to that step, but the little manual has some listed ; what is the difference between the diablo 87 tune and the performance 87 ...

ive seen this post before, i have the same problem, in the truck it says tuner needs an update, on ignition it says checking for update, then flashes something i cant read for a second and says tuner up to date, go back to truck and same thing starts over, if i click show details on the ignition it ...

well if anyone is interested i went out and bought a new computer, sucks that i had to, my motorcycle tuner connects to the bike and then uses bluetooth and a phone app, i was updated and running within 10 minutes of opening the box, anyway got the stuff working but now i have to wait for the email ...

the ignition downloader wont even install, it gets hung up where it says processing frame network 4.5.2, then it goes to say runtime c+++, and then fails and gives me that message in the last pic posted
