I'm looking to sale my used Intune DCX. Is there any place in setting that tells if the tuner is unmarried/unlocked?

Hi Guys,
I've read on various forums that one can set a 4G Ram's ECU via a Bullydog to keep the fog lights on when one switch from low- to high-beam. Normally this is not allowed in the US but allowed in Canada and other world areas. Apparently the stealerships just need to configure the fog light ...
