I figured I'd post an update.

The update is that I'm still waiting. I emailed them my last tune written and haven't heard anything since( Tuesday, September 2, 2014). Every time I call or email, they still don't know anything yet.

There was a code on one of the installs but I didn't write it down. It was a TCM code I believe. It wont stay running long enough to get one now. It also automatically puts it in auto stick mode.

I can't blame them for not answering in that thread. Its a sticky, it doesn't go to the top, so its very easy to miss. If they're anything like me, they don't even look at sticky threads anymore. Start a regular thread and they'll see it and answer.
