My Trinity offers me 3 tunes, one of them being a "Factory HP Tune" - can you tell me how that is different?
Also, is the octane the only difference between the 87 Octane and Diablo tunes?

I've had the exact same problem with the Stabilitrak on my 2006 Yukon. Infact, I've neared death about 3 times when I was waiting to turn left, saw a hole in traffic, pulled out, then suddenly the Stabilitrak kicks in and kills power - just as I'm now in the middle of crossing the opposing traffic ...

I hate that I have to put it all the way to the floor to get it to downshift, and when it finally does it nearly ...

In the meantime, I do plan on purchasing a cold air kit, preferably with K&N for my Yukon (2006 5.3). Do you have a list of recommended AND supported cold air kits that you have a specific tune for it and 87 octane? I want to make sure I get one that you will have a specific tune for.

The question above still begs the question, what does happen to the tow/haul mode after a tune is loaded? Can you modify both transmission parameters with the Trinity?
