If driven with a right foot that is connected to a sane brain, yes, perfectly safe, and should even yeild pretty good mileage. some cals are more prone to injector rattle than others, it could also depend on how well the truck has been maintained. you can convert any gauge showing kpa to psi. logging/create a new log/from an existing layout/choose the layout click on the boost gauge, choose 'change display units', choose PSi, then save and rename the layout. I found a kpa to psi conversion

1 Kpa (Kilopascal) = 0.145037738 Psi (Pound Per Square Inch)

So i'm assuming the manifold pressure would be my actual boost.

144 x .145037738= 20.88 psi.

Sound about right for an 85hp tune?
