Yes, it errors out at exactly the same spot. It reads from 10% - 20%, tells me to turn key off (everything stays on and it shows NO BUS in console even with key off). It then tells me to turn key on. Mike M helped me update the calibration file but even after that I still get same error as above.

Yes, it couldn't get past the backup.
Does the inTune usually cause the on-off key sequence to not allow the truck to turn off visually while doing the backup?

Just got my inTune today. Took it out of the package, read the instructions and plugged in the USB cable.
First the install driver window opens up and I tell it to search for drivers. Seconds later the tool attempts to autorun intune.exe and it gives an error that it has to be run as Administrator ...
