You might want to at least check the axle ratio. My truck has a different ratio than what was showing on the perf. tune.

I need to adjust my revs per mile as my speedo is showing a couple of mph faster than my gps, even with the revs per mile changed to what the tire manufacturer stated.

When you say axle ratio, what are you entering in your equation? I have a 3.55 so would you input it as 3.55 or 3/55?

Why do you have to put in the gearing, tire size and NOV on the latest update? I just loaded the update last night and the one on there previously (I belive it was 9r04) only had ...

If most of the good ones don't respond to emails from potential customers, I'm not sure what that says about their service after the sale, either. They shouldn't offer an email address if they aren't going to use it.

It did not work with my Radio Shack cable and Windows7 on my laptop.

I had to fire up the ancient desktop wiith XP and the cable provided drivers and it worked like a charm.

I have emailed CMR dealers about a custome tune as well and have not had a single, solitary response.

You guys' dealers are definitely not doing you any favors.

For what it's worth, The Horsepower House in Bowling Green, KY has an invalid email address.

The one on your site matches what is on their website so I'm not sure what is going on there.

Are you 100% sure you chose the CMR delaer filter on the dealer locator and that the places you emailed are custom tuning shops?

My bad, I didn't see the filter up there. I assumed since the CMR logo was listed beside the dealers that came up that they were custom tuning shops ...

Your dealers need to step up their game.

I emailed every one of the ones within reasonable driving distance of me over the weekend and not a single one of them has bothered to email me back.

That is not a very good reflection on your product since they represent you as the only source for custom ...

I have wheels and tires of a different size arriving tomorrow. Do I reload the 87 tune over the already installed tune to change the tire size or do I need to return it back to stock and then load the tune ...

Are the current preloaded tunes safe for towing? I am still waiting for my unit to arrive so I haven't read the latest manual but I saw something on another site that said not all canned tunes in tuners are towing safe.

In the manual located in the Updates/Downloads section, it states that there is one tune and it requires premium fuel. If you want to run 87 octane, you need to retard the spark on that program.
