I have a 2004 Ford F-250 6.0L diesel. If I carefully monitor my EGT and keep it below 1,400 F (manifold sensor), can I safely tow a 9,000 boat and trailer on the 65hp and/or 100hp setting?

I'm towing from Seattle to Wisconsin. I'm thinking that over the plains, I'll run at 65hp or 100hp, and ...
