I keep getting p0101. If I take the program out no code. I have been told by others there is a fix. What do I need to do?

Still having trouble with tune (2005 6.0l)
I installed the new update (8t18) sent to me by cole. Im still having stumbeling under acceleration and injector code. PLEASE HELP!!!!! Calibation VXCF4NK.
