I asked for help on 3-16-11 with the same problem (throwing P0128 code) and I am still waiting as of today.......... Hopefully you will have better luck getting help with your problem.

I am throwing code P0128 on my 2008 5.7 R/T Charger AFTER I installed a 180* Jet thermostat. I am using the 93 CAI canned tune from my 7135 Predator.
I have reset the code but it keeps coming back..... The temps are good and fans have been set to proper "lower" settings, basically everything checks ...
