that message means that your JEEP needs an update, NOT THE INTUNE... your jeep's pcm needs to be updated...

and you have the inTune DCX right??? not the regular inTune.... you need the inTune DCX version to work with that 2013 jeep...

The reason is because its sold to be used on 1 vehicle. Its locked to that one vehicle. Now you want to use it on a second vehicle. They can't sell you another tool if you unlock this one, so they need to get paid for the work they did to write the coding, etc.

Any reason why it took 30 minutes to get to the Install/Modify tune screen? It said it was reading the original tune, then for two load screens it said it was writing tune only to bring me to the install/modify screen. Each load/write took 10 minutes each.
