application = 2007 5.9 24valve common rail

using the Trinity T1000 can I set parameters to stop the third ( post injection) shot ?
I have a straight through 4" turbo back exhaust and do not need the afterburn fuel for the catalyst
I need to get better fuel mileage and hoping this would work ...

I purchased a used Trinity t1000 and hooked it to my 06 Dodge Ram 5.9

1) Not being familiar with the unit I elected to restore backup it partially progressed and then failed.

2) vehicle ECM settings were affected as truck will not start

3) After reading - I believe the unit was not properly ...
